At Seiszn, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
During high-demand periods (sale events, festive seasons, new drops), processing may take up to 3 business days
2. Shipping Partners
We ship across India using trusted logistics partner including Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, and BlueDart. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and availability.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Seiszn is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment
You can also track your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@seiszn.in
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering, including your flat/house number, street, area, city, state, and PIN code
Seiszn is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us at support@seiszn.in within 12 hours of ordering — we cannot guarantee address changes after this window
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times at your provided address
If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the package may be held at the local courier facility or returned to us
If the package is returned to us, you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping charges will apply
If you do not respond within 7 days of being contacted about a failed delivery, your order may be cancelled and refunded after deducting shipping costs
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening it and contact us at support@seiszn.in within 48 hours with images
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable
9. Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@seiszn.in
We will raise an investigation with the courier partner on your behalf
If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund
10. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. Stay tuned — we're working on it.
