Return and refund policy

At Seiszn, every purchase matters to us. We've designed our return and refund policy to be as straightforward and fair as possible. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags must be attached and intact
The item must be in its original packaging
The item must not have been altered, damaged, or soiled in any way
You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
We inspect all returned items upon receipt. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
Items marked as "Sale", "Final Sale", or purchased during clearance events
Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear for hygiene reasons
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Gift cards
Items purchased using a promotional discount of 50% or more
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at support@seiszn.in within 7 days of receiving your order
Use the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and the return shipping address
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
Share the tracking number with us once the item is shipped
Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, we will bear the full return shipping cost
If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Seiszn is not responsible for items lost in transit during return
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days. You will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval
Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
Razorpay processing may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when requesting the refund
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to stock availability.
Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@seiszn.in
If the desired size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit
Exchange shipping charges may apply
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@seiszn.in with:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the item and the packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the issue immediately — either by sending a replacement at no charge or issuing a full refund, at your preference.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@seiszn.in
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
If you refuse delivery of a non-cancelled order, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund
